Yes. If you have received an adverse decision, it must be protested or appealed in the time prescribed by law as stated in the order. Otherwise, the decision and order will become final and binding, meaning that you cannot challenge it at a later date. Since there are specific requirements for protests and appeals, and since the time period in which to respond varies, contact us immediately if you have received an adverse order. Until such time that you are represented, however, it is critical that you timely protest or appeal any decision that you wish to challenge.
